The GBX20 is a secretarial module that can be used with the GRP2615 and GXV3350 telephones. The module features a large LCD screen with a resolution of 272 x 480 pixels, and the possibility of assigning 40 extension numbers. By using four connected modules, we can obtain as many as 160 buttons. The GBX20 supports many advanced services including BLA (Bridged Line Appearance) / SCA (Shared Call Appearance), BLF (Busy Lamp Field), Call Park/Pick-up, speed dialing, number presentation, intercom, conferencing, call transfer and call forwarding.
The GBX20 is ideal for large organisations, hotels or hospitals. Thanks to the secretary module, we can effectively monitor and forward multiple incoming calls.
