Filing a complaint

To make a complaint, follow the steps below:


1. return/complaint form

Please report the return to with the details of the buyer, date of purchase, invoice number.

2 Confirmation of receipt of the claim

After submitting your request, you will receive a return email with confirmation of your request.

3 Confirmation by the service

Please wait for further instructions by email. Each application is considered individually.

According to the applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, please fill out the form and send it to our address along with the returned product(s):

 * The right to withdraw from the Agreement concluded remotely within 14 days applies only to Consumers (within the meaning of the Civil Code) - does not apply to purchases for the company.
