AVAYA HC050: Avaya offers High Definition (HD) video conferencing systems that incorporate the latest video technology, and the capabilities needed to deploy them in today's room systems. Avaya HC010/HC020/HC050 small room cameras are the latest models designed for small rooms ('huddle rooms') and can be used with XT Series products as primary or secondary cameras. Users have full direct control from the XT room system via remote control, Scopia Control app, web interface, APIs, etc.

They provide practicality, security and extraordinary opportunities for training, brainstorming or team-client meetings with a personal connection. The easy installation and the way they are used make these cameras suitable for individual groups, small and medium-sized companies or can complement collaboration between companies.
Avaya HC050 small meeting room camera
Suitable as a primary or secondary camera for all XT Series products or for a laptop with Avaya Spaces, Avaya Cloud Office (ACO), Workplace software. It is a Full HD camera with USB input, PTZ (Pan/ Tilt/Zoom), 1080p30 video and 12x optical zoom. Ideal for small to medium-sized rooms. There is an option to include a 1-way POD microphone for small rooms and a 3-way POD microphone for medium-sized rooms.
AVAYA B199: The Avaya B199 conference phone brings state-of-the-art technology to meeting rooms of all sizes to significantly improve the conference experience for all meeting participants. Avaya's OmniSound® technology creates a natural sense of presence, allowing participants to move freely around the room without audio interference. Bluetooth functionality and an easy-to-use touchscreen interface eliminate all the obstacles of connecting, starting and managing a meeting.
Crystal clear audio: OmniSound® audio technology ensures clear transmission during meetings, so you and your team won't miss any part of the discussion. Full duplex transmits and receives audio simultaneously to prevent audio distortion; 360° surround sound and powerful speakers optimise audio reception and transmission. Noise reduction filters eliminate background with constant noise, and a horizontal equalizer allows you to adjust the tone to your preference.

Offering considerable flexibility to meet all audio conferencing needs, it provides a ground-breaking intuitive interface, can be daisy-chained to three devices, and provides several options for easy device management and automatic start-up.
The products come in unique packages: Easily expand the B199's area of operation with available additional smart microphones. The conference phone features OmniSound® audio technology, beamforming technology and support for digital MEMS microphones. In addition, full duplex, echo cancellation and noise reduction technology have been enhanced. The beamforming technology makes the speakers sound closer to the conference phone, helping to make conversations more natural and conference participants better heard. It also provides greater freedom of movement without sacrificing sound quality, such as when someone walks over to the whiteboard. Each B199 combines three digital microphones that are effective with up to 20 meeting participants. The addition of two Avaya smart microphones extends microphone coverage to 750 square feet (70 m2). For larger rooms, up to 970 square feet (90 m2), it is possible to connect up to three B199 units in a chain. In this case, one unit acts as the main unit and the other two as additional speakers and microphones. The daisy-chain connections are as simple as connecting the daisy-chain cables between the units.
